"Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen und der Sterne Klassifizierung gebucht.
Die Eingangshalle verspricht großartiges.
Danach nur noch enttäuschend.
Leider sprach die Dame an der Rezeption schon ein sehr schlecht zu verstehendes Englisch, auch für Ohren, die asiatisches englisch gewohnt sind.
Sie hat uns nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass ohne Deposit mit der Kreditkarte beim Check in alle Getränke und Speisen im Hotel direkt und nur mit Kreditkarte zu bezahlen wären. Ich sehe mich als Kunden nicht in der Obligation, daran zu denken.
Somit hat sich unser Drink am Pool erledigt. Ich nehme nie eine Kreditkarte mit zum Pool. Zurück zum Zimmer war es einfach sehr weit.
Der Poolbereich war nett, die Liegen gut.
Die Speisekarte am Pool und auf dem Zimmer waren beide befleckt und zerrissen.
Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Teilweise roch die Luft auf den Gängen sehr muffig.
Das Zimmer war ausgestattet wie gebucht. Es hatte einen Blick in die Lobby, war daher sehr dunkel auch am Tag.
Im Zimmer und Bad mangelte es deutlich an Sauberkeit und Hygiene.
Fremde Haare auf dem Boden im Bad, verschimmelte Dusche, verschmierte Druckknöpfe aller Seifenspender, dreckiger Teppich, schmierige Schreibtischauflage und eine Bettdecke, die nach Mensch und nicht frisch gewaschen riecht.
Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt und werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen oder weiterempfehlen.
Sind heute in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen."
