"It was ok. Situated in Leith, a really nice and hip area, with plenty of bars/pubs/restaurants to see. The room itself was ok, coffee tea and water was provided and the room was overall in a good condition. The one thing we found interesting and slightly lacking was the complete absence of any hooks - there was no place where one could hang the jackets, not even the towels! I hope they improve on this for future guests. We did not see any of the staff and as such cannot comment on that. "

"I nearly cancelled, because of the bad reviews I've read and glad I didn't ! I am a single traveler, a tourist, five nights in Edinburgh. For what I needed - a good sleep in a clean bed and excellent shower, the room was more than perfect. There was TV and coffee maker. I stayed in the room nr. 7 and will most likely return, when I visit Edinburg again. There is no elevator at that place, therefore only 4 stars "
