The bowling alley needs some TLC. We spent 1.5 hours on a lane that broke down 4 times before the staff moved us to a working lane. The Juniper Steakhouse food was good but immediately they sat us at a table with a filthy seat covered in white goo and someones disgarded clothing at the table. Im not sure what the white goo was but im glad i noticed it and did not sit in it. The staff didnt remove the clothing while i was there. The quezadas comedy club had great performers but i would not reccomend the 9:30 timeslot as they cut off table service promptly at 10PM with more than an hour of showtime left. I felt that was pretty ridiculous. The hotel room was clean and nicely set up. Staff was friendly.

Great hotel and casino!

Room was very clean and was updated. The hotel parking was very convenient and plentiful. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze.

I did not like the fact that we had to have wristbands to be able to hang out by the pool side or swim. To me it was ridiculous!! Couldn't enjoying swimming time without being asked every 5 minutes if we had a wristband on.

Half of the desk staff was not friendly at all not what I would welcoming, and the water in my shower was barely Luke warm, even after I reported it. The casino is nice and the dealers are friendly.
