Of course this is a destination resort, so unless you go off property expect HIGH prices and limited food opportunity. Of course I am not a foodie so walking around the block to Dennys/iHop was easy for me. There is a 24 hour Walgreen and CVS so you are not held to paying high resort soda cost. THE SODA MACHINES DO NOT WORK! And every card payment starts with a TIP option, which is aggressive and rude, Rick Hilton. NO CLOSET. Only pegs to hang things on as in Little House on the Prairie. Engineering was fast when I could not get the tub to work but the guy hung around for a tip. Had the tub worked in the first place I would not have needed him. I prefer a boutique hotel and did understand this is a sprawling convention complex. I was there as family chose the place and I doubt even if going to the parks I would choose this hotel again.

The hotel was nice. But i had an issue with my room key not being synched to the garage. I had to back out multiple times to try the other toll. One’s help button was not working. On the second reprogram of my card the issue was resolved.

I liked the convenience of being across the street from my conference, I felt safe and room was okay. The staff didn’t explain where everything was when I checked in, were quick to move to the next person and gave me a phone number to call if I had questions. Pool kept getting shut down, and was unable to use it the entire time I stayed there (3 nights).

Clean rooms, nice staff. Only thing was the parking fees even if you were a guest at the Hilton.
