Terrible experience

First of all I have to say that I have never wrote a review before even though I traveled a lot of places in many different countries. But this place made me think how important it is to safe other travellers to go to a wrong place. I booked this hotel via ebookers app two hours earlier then my arrival. When I got the hotel they couldn't find my booking details in their system even though I received all my confirmation emails. Receptionist asked me to email the confirmation emails to them and I did so and they just printed it and they did nothing rather then made us keep waiting in very hot reception area ( Antalya is one of the hottest and most humid city in the south of turkey where it is impossible to survive without air-con). I wasted one hour at the reception for no result and they asked us we can come back to hotel in one hour time as I told them we have booked appointments for the evenings. I left my phone number telling them to call me when their lousy system confirms my stay. They phoned me 45 min later with no apologies at all. We went back and got to the room and the room was really dirty where we found cigarette ashes everywhere . Air con wasn't working. Their minibar was a rip off. etc. Long story short , no hotel can do better to upset their guest then this one. Don't go there they don't deserve a panny and spend your time and money somewhere else in this beautiful city.

Hotelli oli sijainniltaan varsin mukava, keskustassa, hyvät yhteydet ympäristöön. Minkäänlaista palvelua hotellissa ei ollut ja hotellin henkilöstön englanninkielen taito oli todella heikko. Hotellissa ei internet yhteyttä, ei internet huonetta eikä löytynyt myöskään lähialueelta. Omatoimisesti piti hakea itselleen allastuoliin pehmuste, pöytä sekä tuhkakuppi myös tarpeiden mukaan - todella heikkoa. Hinta ja hotellin taso eivät kohdanneet, todella pettynyt.
