Every comments has great importance for us on the way to reach our first aim which is targeted to catch the guests' satisfaction with an understanding of excellent service quality. We give directions to our route with your feedbacks. According to that all your comments with the points you mentioned has been conveyed to our management and will be handled as soon as possible. As Rixos Downtown Antalya Hotel we host our guests from all over the world and we have lots of nationalities in our house. According to that we always take care of our all guests' needs and provide services according to that. We provide channels with all languages at least four channels for each language. Our guest relations team is also happy to help to our guests when they need information, help and orientation about our hotel, when they are requested.
