Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, Herrn Kıvanç Kılıç. Er ist ein außerordentlich freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und professioneller Mitarbeiter, der uns in jeder Hinsicht unterstützt hat. Sein Engagement, seine Höflichkeit und seine Kompetenz haben unseren Aufenthalt deutlich bereichert. Dank seiner Hilfe verlief alles reibungslos, und wir fühlten uns jederzeit bestens betreut.
