Nice hotel. Very friendly staff, particularly the two front desk guys at night. Excellent location, right on the square. Great view from the room. Two complaints, but the good way outweighed the bad: 1. The concierge made two mistakes in our tour bookings. One was mistakenly cancelled, so we had to scramble that morning to recreate the day. It all worked out. And the second was booking us at the wrong beach day resort. 2. The “VIP amenity” was 20% off room service. Apparently we were supposed to present the card when ordering but our kids didn’t. They wouldn’t just adjust it at checkout. Tiny thing, but seemed like an easy thing they could have done. We didn’t do what we were supposed to, but them fixing it would have been the kind of nice touch that leaves you with a nice feeling about the place. We’d definitely stay there again.

For a 5 star hotel, the conditions in the room are old and my carpet had stains. The shower leaked to the bathroom floor, and there was no real view in the room. Staff is helpful at front desk but pretty disappointing for the price
