The walk to the rooms and surroundings was good due to my mobility. However, when I tried to make some tea the Keurig was dirty, then the fridge was dirty when I went to place my items in. There is no hand rails to enter the bath tub to avoid a slip and fall.

Have stayed at this location numerous times, and will continue to do so—visit Atlanta 3-4 times a year. I do not like staying in ATL proper and prefer the Duluth area for dining and shopping purposes.

The exterior of the hotel looks nice and the lobby was well arranged and decorated. However, the guest room was one of the most terrible. - no refrigerator - floor carpet is old and dirty. I did want to touch with bare foot (sticky) - no drinking water provided - bathroom was small and like the one of a motel

Great room but was very disappointed with the pool area. It needs to be updated, cleaned, and the landscaping needs a lot of work. The front desk associate-Daisy Salgado was magnificent! She was the best part of the stay!

There was no fridge in my room had to get an engineer that never came or responded. Do not let your children swim in the pool at night the lights are not on and never are on. Stains on the carpet in the room and out of the room. Wanna go workout well good luck it’s like a maze trying to get in there but I’ve got a say it looks nice.no safe and we almost lost our do not disturb sign. The food did not look right and the pictures are nothing like the hotel. If you do stay here go to Atlanta where you’ll actually find some really nice food. I’ve definitely been to better hotels but it was ok there was also a broken ice machine on the tenth floor.
