the pool had all types of debri in it as well as the outside of the hotel looked NOTHING like on the website.The place was filthy .A lot of druggies running up&down the entire stay.The fridge was broken outdated appliances sockets in room loose carpet dirty

Sheryl was excellent greeting customers on Friday and.Saturday and making sure there was comfort in your stay. I cannot say same for young man on Sunday during the day. He was more interested in talking on his phone and looking down when he was speaking to you and you could not tell if he was speaking to the person on the phone or the person next to me. He also started helping someone else when my business was not completed. He had no customer service at all and will hurt the business! Thank you to Sheryl who is awesome!!

Boardwalk Hall is very walkable from the hotel and I felt safe enough to walk at 11pm. The room is good, comfortable bed. There doesn't seem to be enough parking for the hotel, so get there early to secure a spot. Breakfast was decent and pretty tasty.

The room was clean, and the bedding and towels were pristine. The shampoo/conditioner and hand soap were pretty good. The fridge was clean. The air conditioning did the job, and was pretty quiet. There is a safe in the closet, and the closet had enough room for my bag. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was okay. Egg patties, sausage patties, bread for toasting, cereal, juice and coffee, and a make-your-own waffle maker. The dining area was clean, tidy, and large enough that i could take my time eating. I would stay again.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable. I had to switch to my phone’s 5G service, which worked significantly better. My checkout time was clearly stated as 12:00 PM, yet the cleaning staff knocked on my door around 11:40 and again at 11:50, pressuring me to leave early. I even asked if checkout was indeed 12:00, and despite confirmation, the front desk still called me before that time. This was both disruptive and unprofessional—if checkout is at 12:00, guests should not feel rushed beforehand. The hotel’s upkeep was adequate but could benefit from more attention to detail. Overall, the service felt unsatisfactory. Customer service standards seem to have declined, and unfortunately, this experience reflected that.

Charge 10.00 a night for parking, site says parking included does not mention fee. Window curtains in room close with big space in between, only see through curtain closes all way-why?!!! Doors slam and it sounds in room. Ambulances, super charged engines, screaming. You can hear all inside room, no sound proof! Blanket/ matress cover old and uncomfortable on skin. Bars of soap good for one wash. Remote control goes from non HD to regular HD takes forever to chang channels. Refrigerator and freezer doesn’t have separation so food and drinks turn to ice.
