Room cleaning on second day was after 3 pm when we had returned from skiing. Only other complaint is the front door mat was too small for our snowy footwear. Otherwise everything was excellent and we would certainly come again.

This hotel is #1 on my list because it is more reasonably priced than the Fairmont Banff Springs and located less than 2 blocks from all the downtown stores and restaurants.
The lobby not only looks beautiful, the fireplace is always roaring and it smells like your walking into a log cabin when you arrive.

The hot pool experience should not be missed!! Soothing hot water, smell of campfire and a view of the mountains like none other! Hotel staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Great location, tons of restaurants and shopping and easy to get around town from this location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend the Moose hotel to others.

Amazing location, free heated garage parking, beautiful room, the best rooftop hot tub with mountain views. Staff was lovely and so welcoming. Perfect place to stay for a ski trip with other Banff adventures!! Loved walking downtown every day and being able to leave in the car for hiking/skiing without having to defrost or scrape snow.
