Layover trip

We had 3 days in Barcelona awaiting our cruise. The hotel was very comfortable and close to main attraction. About a 13min walk to La ramblas. Great coffee cafes . Very close to port.

Comfortable Stay

The room was modern, clean and had comfortable bed. Good shower. It was a little small. The AC was a bit of an issue, as I found in all the hotels we stayed while in Europe. The AC is turned off during the day while away so when we returned it took a good while to get it cool again, especially during very hot summers. I get the effort to conserve energy/environment, it’s just not what we are used to and it was unexpected. The buffet breakfast was excellent! Overall stay was very good. There was a lot of construction in front of hotel and in the general area which made it a bit inconvenient.
