First, I want to commend your staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional, which made me feel very welcome. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast; it was delicious and a great start to my day. ​While the room was good overall, I did want to mention that I found the floors to be quite dusty and missing some items in the mini fridge upon arrival. Since everything else about the stay was so positive, I thought you would appreciate knowing this so it can be addressed with the housekeeping team for future guests. ​Thank you again for the hospitality.

Leaking in shower room I need to cover with towel on the floor; Rubbish was on the table they explained that it’s not happened often. Despite, good location easy to catch buses and train, walking distance to Arc de Trimof and La Boqueria market (about 20mins), restaurants and stores nearby.

We had a wonderful stay. Awesome location with all trains within 5 minute walk, a super cute shopping and dining area even closer, quick walk to beach and harbor. I worried it would feel farther from the action but was wrong. It was the best location for exploring Barcelona. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, comfortable beds, great staff. Even though we left at random times each day they cleaned daily and were quiet and efficient. The windows black out and rooms are quiet from eachother and the street. Would definitely recommend and will be back again. Thank you!

Lovely hotel in the heart of Barcelona

We had a lovely stay at the Park Hotel. The room was clean, well organized and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The hotel has a great location near many attractions — 5 minutes walk to a large park & zoo, 10 minutes to the Ramblas & Gothic Quarter, Hop On Hop Off tour stop right next door, 15 minutes to the beach, easy access to train stations & metro, restaurants & shopping all around the hotel. The only negative I can think of is that they only provided a coffee maker & coffee in the room. There was no way to make tea other than to go to the restaurant.

Perfect hotel for its authentic charm to El Born area of Barcelona. Staff super friendly and accommodating; area to hold bags if arrive early. Excellent food options in hotel; personally had one of the best Americano’s to date. Room clean, fresh, and up to date amenities. In heart of El Born, close to public transit and cabs are always sitting in front of hotel at night if need to go somewhere quick.
