The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and recommended us places to see around the city. The hotel is ideally located so you can walk to the old town or down along the river to the Guggenheim.

Great central location

Arrived very late, friendly helpful staff pointed us to cafe for late night hot drink. Comfortable beds. space a bit tight in family room. Would have been nice to have somewhere to sit other than on the beds. Good breakfast helpful friendly staff in breakfast room. Bathroom a bit dated. shower didn't work properly but didn't stop us enjoying a great location and city.

Family holiday

Location is fantastic with this hotel just walk outside the door and you are in the centre of everything. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms are very clean and beds comfortable. We would have liked more English TV channels but this is a small thing. We stayed in a room at the back of hotel which was quiet. We will definitely book this hotel again in the future and would recommend it to any of our friends.

Good location

The hotel's location is perfect to visit the lovely city of Bilbao. It is close to the old centre, and is a short walk to the Guggenheim museum. The train station is close and the city's excellent public transportation system makes it easy reaching the airport. The rooms are clean and well sound-proofed. One can get a good rest. The staff is kind and helpful.

The reception is really nice! reallly friendly and helpfull. The location of the hotel is create but the doors to the room are thin, you will hear everything, if somebody is talking or just walking around.
