Modernes Hotel super zentral gelegen

Wir waren für drei Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war etwas klein und dunkel aber für einen Kurztrip völlig genügend. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. In ein paar Schritten ist man im Herzen von Bologna. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort wieder in diesen Hotel buchen.

Too costly for the service and class of hotel.

Pros: Location in centre town
Cons: Television didn't work properly: caters to italians mostly. Wifi below par.
Location: Access to shopping area, center town with historic sites, Easy access to the main food areas.
We made the mistake of not booking a higher ground room,- stayed on 2nd floor. Narrow streets are very loud. Room/Walls are not really sound proof, hence you could hear any sound movement on the floor or from adjacent rooms. We wanted to relax for the weekend and enjoy the food in Bologna, whilst food was good, we didn't really get to relax due to the constant commotion and noise.

Super freundliches Personal - sehr zufrieden

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer etwas klein, aber für Italien normal. Alles Top bis auf die etwas lauten Putzfrauen. Lässt sich aber vielleicht aufgrund der hellhörigen wände nicht ganz vermeiden - was für Italien scheinbar auch normal ist. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Lage und die solide Ausstattung überzeugten dennoch.
