This hotel is in a really nice area with beautiful trees. Didnt get to try the breakfast but they had a lot to offer. The rooms were roomy with average beds. Our room had a little bit of a funny smell but nothing too crazy. Overall, it was a decent stay for our Salem weekend.

The beds are rock hard, the sink and room table were not clean. The shower curtain did not reach the tub to prevent water from going out. We were given keys to another persons room and let in. We had to tell them the rooms needed to be fixed. The air conditioner in the room smells like mildew. Despite all of that the rest of the facility was clean and decorated for the holiday.

Staff was very helpful and accomadating on 2 issues..My room air/heat unit was malfunctioning and they changed my room and helped me move all of my luggage without me asking. 2. My reservation through Expedia was made for 1 night but i thought i made it fir 2. They called me when i was out sightseeing on my 2nd day to tell my about this situation and it was resolved over the phone. No.hassels!!

Possibly the best all-around three star experience of my life. this hotel focuses on the things of greatest importance to the average traveler: clean facilities, quiet rooms with comfortable bedding, quality breakfast with good selection and basic amenities. advice: look at the pictures as this hotel manager said in one of his replies to a review what you see is what you get.
