The location is great, you can walk everywhere in downtown Boston. The bathroom is a little disappointing compared to the rest, there’s no ventilation or forced air

It’s an older building but very well maintained. All the rooms are modern and very clean. It’s a very quiet hotel. Staff is excellent, food is great and not overly priced. Ditto for the drinks. The price is reasonable considering it’s right in the heart of the city. If you’re going to the Theater district or the Wang center, it is literally across the street.

Comfy Hotel in a Great Location

Always love staying at a Marriott property. Comfortable rooms that are on the smaller side but don’t feel cramped at all! Bathroom was very clean with standard toiletries. Location is perfect if you’re attending a show in the area and is close to some great restaurants and surrounding neighborhoods. Only downside was the lack of a mini fridge but we didn’t have any leftovers that needed to be refrigerated so it didn’t impact us at all. This is our second time staying at this hotel and we’ll definitely stay there again in the future!

We had a great time in Boston - the hotel staff was awesome, our room was clean, valet amazing- but our room was next to the staff service room/elevator and they very much had a large argument at 7am and continued yelling and slamming around until we opened the door an hour later. Bad way to wake up in daylight savings.

I love the fact that it was Central to practically everything that I needed to go to whether it was the commons or dining options or different types of attractions as well as a concert across the street on Saturday March 8th however what I did not like was the gentleman that worked March 8th in the morning for breakfast I didn't get his name however he was very rude to my mom as well as other patrons who were trying to dine there. There's no need for sarcasm or being condescending towards guests especially when it's their first time or they don't understand specifically what goes where in terms of the facility. I wish I had the name of the waiter on March 7th in the morning he was amazing did a great job was very attentive and still was very helpful throughout the breakfast process. Christopher the person who assists as a busboy and just smaller duties around the breakfast area was much nicer and more helpful and attentive along with the guy who worked on March 7th in the morning. I did love the hotel I love the location and the offerings that is available but you truly do need someone else who is more customer service oriented but at least has more hospitality accompanied rather than that black dude on March 8th and it's only because it was my mom's birthday and being there in Boston for the first time this is definitely not going to go down very well when I explained everything else aside from this poor service given on that guy's part
