You have to plan +39$ USD for parking. They compensated for the lack of refrigerators with a bucket and ice service, OK... Sharing bathrooms, even a basic sink in the rooms, is a new experience and was apprehensive. But the very high level of cleanliness of the common areas and the frequency of their maintenance more than make up for it.

I mean it is Boston with its older buildings and it was a hot humid time but I got a headache trying to set the humidity/temperature plus some rooms have super thin walls and I could hear EVERYTHING. The service was initially so so at check in promising we will get a text when the room was ready but never did but became excellent when they changed our room because while north apartments have amazing views on the 6th they are damp they never “dry”. I think they do the best they can do with the building they have.
