"Insgesamt okay, aber mit Luft nach oben (in die Jahre gekommenes Motel, unvollständig renoviert). Wir hatten das Studio (ohne Küche). Das Waschbecken im Bad ist neu, der Rest ist nicht renoviert, der Plastikboden hat Rostflecken, ist aber sonst sauber. Das Zimmer an sich war sauber, nur die Tagesdecke hatte Flecken. Es hat einen etwas eigenen Geruch, aber konkret moderig war es nicht - hält sich also im Rahmen. Im Zimmer keine Sitzgelegenheit, aber kleine Terasse. Ein kleiner Hund kam auf die Terasse und hat alles vollgepinkelt. Neue Mikrowelle, ordentliches Geschirr, Kühlschrank vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank war leider recht laut. Dafür war die elektronische Heizung sehr leise - super. Bei offenem Fenster hört man die Straße deutlich. Nervig: Das WLAN reicht nicht bis ins Studio und eine mobile Datenverbindung ist auch sehr sehr schlecht. Super: Flexibler Check-in"

"Ich war äusserst positiv überrascht: dass ein Hostel so sauber und überaus gut ausgestattet ist, sucht seinesgleichen. Die Lage mit direktem Blick auf den Lake Tekapo ist einzigartig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte ein 4er-Zimmer mit eigenem Bad für einen sehr fairen Preis. Die Betten (mit Bettwäsche) waren sehr bequem."
