Overall, it was a wonderful experience! The room did feel a bit humid at times, even with the AC running full blast. The food options were excellent, just be sure to make reservations for the restaurants you want to try. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout!

The room was clean and the daily cleaning service was great. The room definitely was dated and shows wear and tear. We enjoyed our dining experiences each evening, breakfast buffet was lacking, no bacon, no fresh avocado. We rented a daybed for 100usd and did not feel the service was worth it, kind of felt ignored. But when we sat at regular pool lounge chairs we were treated like royalty, Alberto from SunSet cabana bar was the best thing the resort offered! He was so kind and felt we were being pampered all day long! The front desk Omar was so personable and friendly! We would come back, but may prefer adults only.

My family's great experiences started from our arrival in Mexico for the first time. I arranged transportion from the Cancun Airport to Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach, which turned out to be a smooth, hassel free and a comfortable trip. Being that it was set up through the resort, it was a smooth experience. The company had an employee hold a sign with my name on it to easily identify. The driver provided a cold towel, which really helped with the humidity we were not used to. I had paid for VIP, which we were surprised to learn of all the perks, thanks to all of the wonderful staff in the lobby and Infinity Lounge. Me and my family of six really enjoyed our 6 day stay. All Inclusive VIP was amazing. 100% relaxation and pampering. The rooms were clean and room service was on point. Our view from our Infinity Suite was breathtaking! The Infinity Lounge was very nice. The spa was impeccable. Having access to our private beach club, which included our own Butler/Concierge, was excellent!!! All the restaurants had great food, drinks and service. The TORII restaurant was especially entertaining thanks our Hitachi entertainer Vitalino. The wonderful crew that handeled the boat rentals, jet ski and snorkeling were amazing. Thanks to Antonio, he made sure we were taken care of. I can't wait to go back to see this beautiful part of the world to relax next year!!
