"Das Hotel war ok. Sehr großes Zimmer, allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Außerdem das Frühstück war sehr gut. "

"Personap unfreundlich und sehr langsam. Der Check-in Prozess hat ewig gedauert. Der Mitarbeiter Duran hat hier ewig gebraucht und es wirkte, als ob etwas nicht stimmt.Etwa 20 Minuten später versuchte ein anderer Gast mehrfach, unsere Zimmertür zu öffnen, wurde jedoch von den Reinigungskräften daran gehindert. Ungefähr 10 Minuten später klopfte es erneut an unserer Tür: Duvan von der Rezeption stand davor und fragte, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Auf unsere Nachfrage, ob es ein Problem gebe oder etwas vorgefallen sei, erhielten wir keine Antwort. Diese Ereignisse hinterließen bei uns ein äußerst ungutes Gefühl und werfen erhebliche Zweifel an der Sicherheit und Kompetenz des Hotelpersonals auf. Das Zimmer hat kein Fenster was sich öffnen lässt und keine Lüftung. Lediglich die Lüftung im Bad gibt es. Direkt beim Hotel ist auch ein Club, sodass es nachts und bis in den morgen laut wird."
