The rooms are very comfortable, the check-in is quick and easy, and they let me park my tractor in the driveway. This is where I always stay when I come back to Chattanooga.

Walked into the building to check in. Staff told me to wait due to an issue in the laundry room. I had difficulty answering them since they all spoke very little English. The building in general just looked very dirty. We ended up staying at a different hotel due to a very sketch vibe and we could not communicate with the staff. I am sure they are very nice people but it was just not for us.

The hotel was average, check in was fine, the people upstairs were noisy late at night, the parking situation was different but ok i guess. One day housekeeping came when we we’re getting ready and we told them to come back later they never came and when went to the front desk to get more towels the person gave attitude to my sister. Chose the property cause I have used the brand before in other states and all good and cause it was close to what I went to chattanooga. It was an ok hotel for the price.

The room had a horrible smell (smoke and stench)and wasn't well cleaned. There were cracks in the shower and bath tub. The pool (which was our main reason for booking ) was definitely not what was expected, it was not heated it was old with cracks in the bricks. It also could have used a cleaning. If you're going to come here I'd suggest bringing cleaning supplies and air freshner.

I booked a room with accommodations - toilet with grab bars. I confirmed upon check in. There were NO grab bars. I am asking for a 50% refund. Red Roof says I must address with Expedia. Expedia says I must address with Red Roof Inn. It's ridiculous. I paid for safety - for my elderly mom - I did not get it. Now, all I'm getting is a run around (half truths and lies). Going forward, I won't do business with either Expedia or the Red Roof Inn.
