I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort, convenience and friendly staff! The room was clean, the bed was comfy and there was always free coffee and water available every time I went to the front lobby. I would definitely stay here again soon!

The sliding door in our room was siliconed shut. I notified the receptionist about someone wedging rocks in the emergency door so it stayed open; said she would “handle it” but never moved. Bathroom curtain rod barely hanging on. Tv outdated with antenna cable only. Breakfast wasn’t even included. 4/10

Staff was less than helpful. We arrived and got a luggage cart to take our items to our room after check in. We walked all over the first floor looking for the elevator due to our room not being on the first floor. We called past the staff multiple times and nobody said anything. We finally went to the front desk and asked where the elevator was and the clerk very condescendingly said we do t have an elevator, we have stairs. I am not sure how they haven’t been sued under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Also, you are charged a daily fee for parking at this location. The availability of breakfast was sooooo poor that we just went outside the hotel to eat during our stay. We will NEVER stay at this facility again.

The hotel was fine but the check in process took 25 minutes. There was only 2 people in front of me with 4 people working the desk. My key didn’t work 3 different times Beds were fine Small bathroom Some shady folks hanging around the outside of the hotel. No USB plugs in the room- not a big deal but pretty inconvenient. Good options around the area were great. Definitely not worth $160/night.
