We stayed for one night on our way to Vancouver Island. Hotel was nice and very walkable to restaurants and shops in town. The access to the Hot Springs was great. We would definitely stay again.

The interior design of the hotel was very old and outdated, the hot springs were very underwhelming with the lack of hot water in the pool. Me and my family were practically freezing in the pool since the water was only slightly warm.

The check in was very confusing. The staff on floor could not tell us where to get ice. And for someone with mobility problems, there was a lot of walking. Even our elevator was broken. Also we did not get a choice of a view or not. The hat pool was nice and same with the hot tub.
