It was an okay room. I find that you never get a great room when you've booked through Expedia. It certainly looked like nothing in the photos but there was a nice view of the lake. It was also very close to the door to the pools so very loud most of the time. Room was clean but dated. However, all of the staff we interected with were friendly and professional.

The Island bar was nice and staff was very friendly. The room had a nice view and was very comfortable. We found the hot springs were fairly crowded at times. It didn't seem the hotel cleaned up around and in the adult pool much. We saw the same coffee cups, some water bottles on the rocks for the 2 days we there..The pool could use a good skimming, as there was a fair amount of tree debris on the bottom. Overall our stay at Harrison Hot Springs Resort was a great get away.

My only coplaint is ...... i ordered the sweet and sour pork while at the bar/restaurant on the main floor. Itcwas horrible! And needs to be replaced with something else. It wont stop me from coming back tho!

I had a wonderful stay at Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa. The spa experience was exactly what I needed—relaxing, well-organized, and truly rejuvenating. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make the stay smooth and enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfy, making it easy to unwind after a full day of soaking and exploring. Overall, a cozy, refreshing getaway. I’d definitely return!

Probably not going to go back. Went with my wife and she has never been. Customer service was was below what it should be. Seemed like all staff was miserable and unhappy to be working there. From our first encounter with valet being grumpy. To our last encounter and the 30 min wait to get extra towels. Our room was 2/5. Queen beds one was hard as a rock and the other was a soft marshmallow We looked on the ground and found some sort of pills beside bed stand . Don’t know what they were but if we brought our young children staying there it could have been very bad . Under the sink there was hair ties and hair. Closet had clothing old tags on shelf, tbe toilettres were empty it was Just a really dirty room. For the price the biggest waste of money ever on a room.could have stayed Dtown at Pac Rim for same price. No room service. Security guards at pool doors had zero communication or customer service. The whole weekend we felt that it was a chore and such a inconvenience if we asked or needed anything. Would not recommend except for the pools. If it was not for the pools would be 1/5 . Not recommended at all.

Perfectly clean room. Had a view of the pools. Obviously it’s not a brand new Vegas hotel or anything. Beds were comfortabl, staff was great and helpfull when asked for things. It is exactly what I expected. Nothing more nothing less. I e went on thanksgiving weekend “from the states” it was quiet. So relaxing. Met a few couples and got talking. Very friendly guests as well.
