I will start off with the order of events.
I choose to stay here because it was a halfway point going back home and I wanted to see the Brandywine falls.
The check pre check in process is pointless. They have you fill out information from a link, including scanning your Drivers License but when you get there, the clerks are unable to see the precheck information, so you have to do it all over again. Where is that information going?
The 2 morning check-in ladies were very nice to talk to but it seems like they are very limited staff because the receptionist also are also checking the rooms (keep that in mind). I also had to have a $100 added to my account that was supposed to be "incidentals" incase I messed something up in the room, but I would get it back.
Anyway, the room was ok but the bathtub looked dirty or just old.
Now that brings me to check out. There was only 1 person and she was using a crutch. Sad seeing her use the stairs because the elevators were broken. I checked out but now...i see that $100 was actually charged to my card but I literally did nothing in the room but sleep and watch tv. left towels on the floor as normal to do for housecleaning. I never received an email explaining to me what was wrong with the room as to why they kept the $100, mind you. I already paid in advance through hotels.com. So, with that being said..i made a claim on my CC because this is not a legal charge. I doubt I will stay there the next time I travel through
