When we walked in, the lobby was cold. The hallways were cold. Every time the toilet flushed, it leaked. We had to drive up around back to get to our room. But we didnt know there was no elevator at the back door. Up 2 flights of stairs with a not so great knee and luggage. The back door was not secure. I went to my car to retrieve my husbands phone. Getting back in, i didnt have use my key card. The microwave was sitting on top of an end table. Easy enough for a toddler to knock over. There was no hot water coming out of the bathroom faucet. We went to check out the indoor pool after supper. It was dark inside, i didnt feel safe swimming in the dark and didnt know where the light switch was in there. So no swinming. Breakfast- i was looking for a hot meal. I thought they had a kitchen or dining room. The lady came out and plopped 2 lunch bags on the coffee table. That was our breakfast. A banana, yogurt, juice box, a bag of mini muffins, amini apple pie and a granola bar. Overall a balanced breakfast, i was expecting a dining room of sorts.

I took videos and pictures! I also contacted the health department. I cant believe this hotel us open! Also the chick at the front desk didnt even greet us. Acted like she was bothered. I had to ask her for my ID back and the room number because she didnt remember to tell me the number or to give me my id back. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. Expedia needs to remove this place from their website immediately!

Expedia should do a review of this property because it is disgusting. The room we were given had stained sheets, damaged furniture, damaged walls, dirt in the tub and on the floor and blood on the door. Needless to say we did not stay at this hotel. We asked for a refund but told there was no manager on site. Numerous attempts to talk to the manager have been unsuccessful.

The stay...

Room was comfortable but outdated, no USB ports, no minifridge which soould be a given. Hot water for the shower was fantastic, instant!! Though the layout was a bit confusing getting from the front desk to the rest of the rooms. Unfortunately sound travels very well through the walls and door.

The room was very dirty, dead insects were everywhere, the sheets had apparently not been changed, the counters were sticky from something that had fallen on them, the bathtub drains were brown with dirt. The toilet leaked water every time it was flushed and flooded the bathroom. The TV was not working, not a single channel, and no one came to fix it. Our reservation was different from the one we made, but the front desk kindly managed to change the room for free. We have 2 small children and did not have a good experience.
