Nice and efficient person at the front desk

We have stayed at the hotel many times and the woman who checked us in around 7:30pm on Thursday 4/16/2025 was by far the most efficient person at the front desk that we have met. We had a fast and efficient check in.

This hotel was clean, safe, comfortable and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is right next to I-40 so there is some road noise at night.

The room was clean and breakfast, and staff was nice,however the grounds were very dirty especially the very limited pet area. There was only a very small pet relief area and it was littered with trash(food containers as well as pet waste). Did not feel it was safe for my dogs. When I am charged extra to bring my dogs, I expect a safe clean area for them.

Staff great. Room looked clean, bed good and no odors. Halls need cleaning. Hotel close to most things. But next time I will book in a hotel that don't take pets(dog barked most of the night).

We stayed the night before moving into our new house. There was a roach crawling up the wall before we left. We had to dump out all of our suitcases & other bags to make sure we weren't taking home other bugs The bed was very uncomfortable as well. .

Ice machine broken. Bed was not made up when maid cleaned room. Coffee was cold first morning breakfast. Breakfast closed 20 minutes early second morning! Missed breakfast. I was not too happy with the stay!

When got to my room found a cockroach in the room they gave me a another room but it was right next to the other room that gad the cochroach in it. They seem like they wouldn't ir couldn't leave that front ddsk yo help someone.
