Room was nice and clean, staff was friendly. The toilet did not flush and had to call twice to have someone come fix it. It never did flush correctly, had to take the cover off the tank every time to get the water to fill so that it would flush. Not what I want to do when I’m paying for a room.

There was a very loud concert outside until 1 am and fireworks all night. The entire building shook. If they would have told us that the event was happening next door, I would have booked elsewhere due to our small children.

The staffing was low, long wait times at check in, the elevators were old and only 2 of 4 were working on check out, so we waited 30 minutes to get on one. The hotel itself is very old, smelled dated. Won’t stay there again.

Elevators need some work but overall a good stay. Valet service was helpful and quick. Amazing location within walking distance to great food and entertainment. Super happy and will be back!
