Chose this hotel for my birthday trip because it had a rooftop pool. Only to find out upon my arrival that the pool was closed the associate did state that it would be open the following morning but it remained closed the entire weekend

I paid for a suite and when i got to the property I only received a regular room. Went to the desk and said they couldn't do anything about it becuase I booked with expedia. Contacted expedia and they said the hotel would not do anything about it.

Had a great stay and close to the airport. The 5 am shuttle was full so Rory ordered us an Uber to make sure we got to our flight on time. He was very kind, courteous and funny! Thanks!

The system was down. I kept telling them I had prepaid for the room. There are two charges on my credit card for incidentals. Then they tell me someone charged a restaurant charge to my room. It said that it was free parking yet you have to pay for parking.

The hotel does not respond to Expedia messages, so we had to arrange our own transportation from the airport. The hotel is tired, the lobby looks like it had some money spent on it but the room was in need of an update, the A/C was noisy and had issues, not ideal when you only book the place to get some sleep. Breakfast was disorganized, no idea how people were getting food, noone to ask, no signage, no advice offered at check in. Ive nothing to compare it to in Dallas, but if this is typical it is a pretty poor standard
