Nie Wieder !!
" 1 Stern – Nie wieder!
Schon am ersten Abend war das Zimmer unerträglich heiß – die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, obwohl das Problem bekannt war. Nach mehreren Beschwerden wurde uns erst um 1 Uhr nachts ein anderes Zimmer gegeben – und das auch noch in schlechterer Kategorie. Mitten in der Nacht mussten wir im Pyjama umziehen – ein absolutes No-Go.
Beim Abendessen wurde uns trotz Reservierung ein Tisch „weggenommen“, weil eine andere laut wurde – unfassbar respektlos. Nur dank Ibrahim Bey, der sich wirklich gekümmert hat, war der Abend zu retten.
Außerdem: Keine Minibar im All-Inclusive, kein Heineken, kein Beylerbey Raki und noch vieles mehr war nicht inkl – selbst billige Hotels bieten da mehr!
Keine klare Infos, keine echte Kundenorientierung. Für uns: ein Reinfall auf ganzer Linie.
