"Wir hatten keine großen Erwartungen, brauchten nur ein Hotel mit Shuttle zum Flughafen. Vor unserer Ankunft konnte ich das Hotel aus Deutschland nicht erreichen um den Shuttle zu buchen und bei unserer Abreise fuhr das letzte Shuttle 14 Uhr, obwohl es eigentlich stündlich bis zum Abend fahren sollte. Statt dessen bot man uns für später ein Taxi an, welches vom selben Fahrer betrieben wurde, der auch das Shuttle fuhr. Das empfinde ich als sehr schlecht und der Service weshalb wir das Hotel gebucht hatten wurde nicht oder nur sehr ungenügend erfüllt. Darüber hinaus ist es ein sauberes Hotel mit einem recht guten Frühstück und das Personal ist super freundlich. "
