They need more working elevators. On vacation there no one should be waiting 30~40mins for a elevators Very poor service with only 2 working elevators.. The ice machine wasn't even working on the 48 flloor . Not even a sign said out of order on the ice machine

I didn't appreciate walking in the room and finding an empty bottle of lotion from previous occupants and tge toilet had remnants of someone's excrement along with yellow stains that came up easily on the base of the toilet which I felt was urine.
