Mittelmässiges Hotel an aussergewöhnlicher Lage
"Um zum Hotel zu gelangen muss man eine lange Schotterpiste hinter sich bringen. Die Lage ist gut und direkt am Meer. Allerdings kann man nicht wirklich im Meer schwimmen, es gibt kaum Einstiegspunkte. Auf der einen Seite muss man über Steine auf der anderen vorbei an lokalen Fischerbooten.
Die Aussicht, sowie Restaurant sind wirklich etwas spezielles. Auch der Komplex ist schön gestaltet. Das Restaurant braucht es auch, nach Stonetown ist man min. 30 minuten unterwegs und es gibt sonst keine Restaurants in der Nähe. Mein Zimmer war leider nicht sehr gut, sehr düster und nur minimal eingerichtet. Es ist auch renovierungsbedürftig, besser man befindet sich nicht allzu lange im Zimmer. Das Wifi im Zimmer ist ebenfalls miserabel, bei der Reception hingegen recht gut.
Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel nur bedingt empfehlen, es gibt extrem viele gute Hotels auf Sansibar, das Chuini zähle ich leider nicht hinzu."
