Beautiful traditional hotel with stunning chandelier's, lovely breakfast room serving great cooked breakfasts plus continental. Lovely traditional bar/dining room serving a wide variety of drinks including gaelic coffee. They also have a carvery & sandwiches. We stayed in a twin room with was spacious with a good bathroom with rain shower. We also had a fridge & safe in our room. All the staff were friendly, helpful & efficient. Negatives for me where noisy trams outside our bedroom plus it would have been nice to have a separate bar/lounge.

Room was small and bed had short length between headboard and footboard. Mattress was so tight they cannot tuck in sheets at foot of the bed, they just fold over the excessive. I’m six feet tall and either my head was against the headboard or my feet were against the footboard. Not sure if this is the same for all rooms. I do have to say the included made to order breakfast was delicious.

Wynn’s Hotel is a winner! Although the hotel was built in the 19th century, it has been renovated and has all the modern amenities we needed. We especially like the heated towel rack, a convenient feature (Hot towels on demand) that I have never seen anywhere else before. The hotel is located in central Dublin. Many points of interest and Day Tour meeting points are in walkable distance (less than 15 minutes) The hotel staff members are very friendly and accommodating. For example, a couple of our day tours start at 6:45. The hotel provides breakfast starting at 7:30, but we were allowed to sit at the table to have continental breakfast and hot coffee as early as 5:45! And their regular breakfast has several menu items to order from.

Wonderful property and staff! Really make you feel at home, very traditional staff from the door service butler, the reception, and wait staff. Sparkling clean and spacious rooms, will definitely stay here again!! Fabulous!

The hotel was DISGUSTING!!! Our room was more infested with one of the dead broken, no shade or curtains to cover the large window in the bathroom, a bathroom sink no bigger then a salad bowl, dirt on the sheets. We arrived late at night so needed to wait until morning to leave. Immediately checked out losing my stupid Expedia full booking cost for the next two nights I had booked there. Biggest scam of a hotel and even worse that Expedia gave it high ratings!!!!

Great location. Disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, and as described to your team, the property did not match the description provided on the website and was not suitable for the purpose of my short visit to see family in town. After a very long flight from Canada, This unexpected discrepancy required me to seek alternative accommodations on short notice. The staff wouldn’t adjust the booking or cancel it in a way that suits my needs and referred me to the manager who after 3 days of follow up finally got back to me with a negative resolve. I don’t recommend this place.

Historic Dublin hotel

I just love Wynn's Hotel's shabby chic. I love it's very important history in the formation of the Republic of Ireland. The rooms, beds, are comfortable and the newly refurbished shower rooms are spotless. A good, wholesome choice of breakfast. The afternoon carvery is really good value for basic, wholesome food. The location in central Dublin couldn't be better with the Luas at the door straight from Connolly station. Staff lovely, friendly and accommodating.
