The pictures are very deceiving, makes it seem as if it’s a beachfront stay, it’s not! It even says “by the beach” making it more deceiving, it’s not by the beach it’s near the beach. And the area you walk through to get to the beach is a bit sketchy at night. There were some knocking noises that woke me up on my second day’s. However the room was clean (the couch was wet but I didn’t really use it) the shower’s water pressure was low but the water was nice and hot, they have a number you can text with almost instant response which is nice. High deposit rate that I didn’t know about before going.

It was a decent stay. Slight hiccup checking in but it was Thanksgiving so I shrugged it off as no big deal, and the staff made up for it without me even addressing it. Definitely an older small beach hotel and the property and room was tidy. Cleanliness could be better, for example; the floors had been cleaned but were left extremely slippery with soap residue, cobwebs in the shower window, carpet needs to be cleaned, and the room was fairly musky. Once we opened the door a few times it aired out. The A/C worked great and the appliances are nice. The property is fairly quiet and very close to shopping, restaurants and the fishing pier at the beach.

Even though some of the staff spoke little to no English they would pull out translators on the phones and ensure you got everything you needed! Very friendly and made sure you had everything you need! The rooms were nice and my kids enjoyed the pool! Definitely would recommend you stay here if you vacationing I Deerfield Florida!

Small hotel but room was a good size. Good customer service, clean and fairly maintained. It was comfortable and quiet most of the time.There are a few things that should be considered to have in the rooms like a phone, paper towels, bathtub stopper, etc.

AC was great 75 kept rooms perfect. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We found the rooms clean, smelled nice, but the rugs were very worn /dirty looking. The twin bed mattresses sunk in on one and the other one’s head of mattress was lower than the feet. The sheets were very comfortable.. the bathroom was nice, the kitchen had adequate dishes for three people but no cookie dish to cook in the oven. The two outside tables were nice but all 8 chairs had at least two legs that were all rusted and broken so you didn’t sit level. Overall I would stay there again due to location and the staff.
