This place requires a complete renovation; the furnishings are outdated, damaged, and unclean. The check-in process is conducted remotely and lacks a welcoming atmosphere. There have been frequent verbal disagreements with dissatisfied guests, which can contribute to an unsafe environment.

The person (Zee) who checked us in charged me twice. She was not very helpful. I used my credit card it got declined, used another card and it was charged, now I have been charged twice, and I hope that one of the charges are dropped. When I tried to explain this to someone else, they said it was the Incidentals that was charged but I said no, I was charged the full $544. The toilet, when flushed, was flowing over from the top, the bottom part of the bed was filled with dust. I don't want to seem like I am complaining but it is just observations.

There was no one at the desk only a kiosk with a person in another country to check us in. The hair dryer didn’t work and the toilet did not have a lid on it only a seat. That’s not hygienic. Would not recommend this place AT ALL!!

NexTap Kiosk is not, nor ever what I am looking for in a hotel. Who do I even go to when there are issues (and there were) Broken shower holder, no desk chair, Dead TV Remote, etc. The NextTap Kiosk photocopies (electronically scans) your driver license and facial recognition. Who retains this info? I was forced to stay unexpectedly and even that was a wrestling match--getting locked out, etc. Also, there was always a line. Will never return, and will now avoid every LaQuinta that has this machine--and any other hotels.

Room old and dirty and in disrepair. If it wasnt so late when i arrived i would have checked out and try to find another hotel. The price should have been a maximum of $50 per night instead of $200. Staff was non existent. Its the first hotel that i have ever experienced without staff.

The smelliest nastiest hotel I’ve ever been. If I could give it a negative 5 star I would. The carpet in the hallway and rooms are so dirty you don’t even want to walk on them. The bath tube shower was disgusting

First word that comes to mind is dirty. Whole place is sticky, stained carpets and furniture. Musty odor throughout the room. There is no staff, there’s a kiosk where you’re checking in and checking out. Not a big fan. Breakfast was terrible. No fruit, no meat of any sorts, no yoghurt. Whole place has ran down kind of feeling. The pictures on the hotels page have nothing to do with reality. The rooms are overpriced. Not a single good thing to say about this place.

No staff only virtual check-in, but that was fine. The hotel is extremely outdated. It reminded me of a 1980s bad movie. The hallways smelled, the carpet was filthy, and the room was just terrible. There was no bottled water available to purchase in the vending machine, so I opted for a soda. Thank God we were only there for about 10 hours, so we just to slept in our clothes. We showered the next morning and left. Definitely not worth the money. Will never stay here again.

The room was clean, but dated and there was some damage We were very happy to find a hotel chain that was pet friendly. We have stayed at many other LaQuinta locations that were much nicer.
