Great location! LaRoc is a good food option, no breakfast. Cleaning service is upon request and can take time. Gaming room could use a good cleaning but enjoyable.

This is a condo hotel so you won’t find the typical staffing. The LaRoc pool bar offers good food at reasonable prices. Everything outside the hotel shuts down early. If you want snacks for your room plan ahead.

Very old property not well maintained. We had plumbing issues twice. No WiFi. Restaurant service and food good. Very friendly staff. Only towel drop for room service. Could not get the tv to work. 1/2 residents and 1/2 hotel. Definitely like a senior retirement community. Price was good so you get what you pay for.

Das Zimmer war sauber und funktional, das Bett bequem. Der Check-in verlief entspannt über die Security, da ich außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption eingetroffen bin. Pool und Strand habe ich nicht genutzt, dafür aber das auf der Anlage gelegene Restaurant Laroc. Die Speisen dort waren lecker, das Personal freundlich, die Atmosphäre angenehm. Der Solomon-Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in ca. 25 Minuten erreichbar, der Lucaya Marktplatz etwas in 20 Minuten. Das Zimmer selbst verfügt u. a. über Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Besteck und Geschirr sowie eine Herdplatte wären noch wünschenswert gewesen, um eigene Einkäufe zuzubereiten. Die Bewohner sind ebenfalls offen und freundlich. In der Lobby befindet sich noch ein Telefon, um kostenlos Anrufe zu tätigen, z. B. für ein Taxi oder eine Essensbestellung, ohne sein eigenes Konto zu belasten. Alles in allem empfehlenswert. :)
