There aren't many options near Grand Canyon, so I wasn't expecting much. The hotel was better than I expected. It's close to restaurants and the visitor center, and the amenities on site are quite good. The rooms are fairly spacious and quite comfortable.

Clean and quiet. Comfortable and adequate. But not a good value. Very overpriced and clearly taking advantage of the tourist market. No breakfast and no pool in service. Desk personnel were businesslike but not friendly. On family outing; will not return.

Front desk was pleasant during check in. The restaurant though, oh my goodness. The most over priced and poorest quality I’ve had in a hotel in a LONG time. Wait staff was very inattentive, food was cold and literally looked like a microwaved Walmart frozen meal. $120 for two people for food like that is unacceptable. I almost want to file a charge back on my credit card.

Completely satisfied. Last minute booking. Everything clean and exceeded expectations. Not clear why older reviews were mediocre. Great value. Obviously not 5 star hotel, but certainly 3 star. If you want 5 star, go to Dubai.

園内のホテルを除けばグランドキャニオンのゲートに1番近いホテルでしょうか。ホテルから問題なくグランドキャニオンで日の出を見られる時間に到着することが出来ました。少し構造が独特で、部屋の位置によっては受付、駐車場、ランドリーなどが非常に遠く感じるかもしれません。特にランドリーは別館の2階にあるので、私は本館の3階からエレベーターで降りて外を経由して別館の2階で洗濯、乾燥をする必要があったので少し大変でした。それでもロッジ形式の部屋でありながら清潔感はあるし、部屋は広く機能的でした。グランドキャニオンに行くならオススメできるホテルだと思いました。

It was clean but outdated. Coffee machine in room didn't work but replaced within 20 minutes. Non-existent view. Musty smell in lobby. Staff very polite and helpful. Didn't appreciate being told of the "surcharge" of $50 per night when Checking in. This should be noted when booking room.
