The bathroom in the room had a glass door. No privacy. I asked for fruit during the day. They refused it. The reception staff are friendly and courteous. They said it was an upgraded room, but to me, it was nope.

The hotel staff here were extremely nice and attentive. The manager would walk around during the day and ask how everybody was doing and if there was anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. Great location and walkable to everything.

We were made to feel very welcome. The hotel is in a central location with easy access to everything. Our room was comfortable and very clean. It’s just getting a little bit tired but everything works.

Not that great value for money, if you wanted the whirl pool it was CHF60 extra however the minibar was included which I would have swapped anyway. Appreciate the return on stay for the hotel but it has that cheap vibe. Service on the other hand was excellent, staff where top notch!
