"Das Hotel ist super über eine Fußgängerbrücke vom Hakone-Yumoto-Bahnhof (Romanace Car oder lokaler Zug) erreichbar.
Sehr zuvorkommendes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Privater Onsen am besten schon vorher buchen, ansonsten gibt es auch ein offentliches Bad.
Beim Frühstück gibt es ein reichhaltiges Buffet mit japanischen und westlichen Speisen, die sehr gut geschmeckt haben.
Die westlichen Zimmer haben eine etwas ältere Einrichtung. Wir hatten aber dafür viel Platz und es hat an nichts gefehlt."
