"Very friendly owner and staff. Very personal. The hotel has a lot of charm even though it is older. It also has newly renovated rooms. You feel like you are right in the jungle, even though it is only a 5-minute walk to the city center.
If you like history, this hotel is perfect."

"Hotel needs to be renovated. No room service was done. Received not the room as we have choose at pre-check-in via app. Not the service as I expect as Hilton honors gold member."
