I booked a double room and i was given a tripple one. I had to sleep with all the plugs next to my head. Also the side light was on my head (the room was planned for a double bed but was converted to three bed room...). I also requested a top floor room but was given one on the second floor.

Airport Hotel stay

Pros: Location Price Staff Breakfast
Cons: On street parking Hard Beds
Location: !.5KM from HEK
After spending 5 days in Elounda, we opted to spend our last night close to the airport as we had a fairly early flight to catch, and didnt wan`t any problems with traffic/breakdowns/accidents etc. The parking was on-street, which wasn`t very convenient tbh. There was alot of noise from the aircraft passing, but this is to be expected of course 1.5Km away from the airport, and its not a big/busy airport anyhow. The hotel itself is in an otherwise quiet area, an older property, but clean enough and in a good state of repair. Staff we met were helpful and friendly. Restaurant and bar were fairly priced and stocked. Breakfast was fine too. Not the 5 star breakfast we had got used to in Elounda all week, but better than anything at home, and the staff were very helpful indeed. Cold cuts, cheese, bread, cereals, cooked items - everything really. Self service coffee/juice machine. The only complaint I would make was the actual bed - I like a firm bed, but this WAY TO HARD! Everyone in our group had the same comments. Apart from the hard bed, i`d recommend this hotel. Certainly do not stay here if you like a soft bed!

Cet hôtel est le plus proche de l’aéroport, un gros quart d’heure à pieds. Lit grand et confortable. Le seul point négatif de notre séjour était le bruit: il y a eu une bagarre dans les couloirs qui s’est terminée par du verre cassé. Donc impossible de dormir avant 1h30 du matin. A part ça, très bon hôtel.
