"Die Unterkunft und Gastfreundschaft im Sana Hotel sind wirklich aussergewöhnlich. Die Sauberkeit, das Essen, das Personal und die Bequemlichkeit des Hotels sind wirklich auf einem beneidenswerten Niveau. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Lage, in der alles direkt vor der Haustür liegt, nämlich in der Altstadt, die von alten Traditionen geprägt ist. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich jedoch das Hotelpersonal, das sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Mein besonderer Dank gilt Mirnela für ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft."
