excellent location overlooking the sea
Pros:see above
Cons:Swimming pool area needs a make-over, looks very basic compared to Molinos Class next door.
Breakfast could improve, tinned fruit not really OK!
Location:great location for walking into the old town, direct access to the beach, few bars and cafes nearby, nice walk along the front etc.
Very nice hotel. Staff all excellent other than pool guy. Great location, although rooms facing the road probably not as nice. Super big swimming pool, although a bit "barren" and could do with some potted palm trees, nicer furniture and some features to "soften" it a bit.
Whole hotel spotless.
Slightly dodgy looking guy looking after the pool area, wandering about aimlessly!
Could do with drinks service to the pool area.

Very bad service. Ruined my holidays

Cons:staff, very inexperienced and unprofessional. they never give you a solution from the beginning. very slow, there was lines of 30 mins for check-in/ou
Location:location is very convenient
Hotel looks nice outside, but it is an old building with repainted walls. Pictures dont match with reality.
Hotel staff is very unprofessional, inefficient and lack of experience. Every time I asked for something they always said I dont know I have to check, then the response was: NO, it is not possible, I asked why, then they said because not. Wow!!
We had many problems with the room, the AC didnt work, we paid for an upgrade for a better room and it was not working. We asked for a solution, they said I'm sorry there is no solution. Incredible!!!
There were no bellboys and none helps you with the luggage. It is supposed to be 4*, they charge for that but the service is of 1*.
They dont clean rooms after 3:30pm and even if you ask for clean towels it is always a problem.
I will never come back to this hotel and will not recommend even to my worst enemy. For the price you pay you dont get the minimum service expected.

It’s very clean, nice and a ideal location between Ibiza City and Playa d‘en Bossa.
It's a shame that the gentleman at the reception couldn't help me because the cleaning ladies probably accidentally took a T-shirt with them to wash it with the bed stuff…

Standardzimmer sind sehr eng und zur Strasse sehr laut 24h.
Personal an Reception äusserst unflexibel. Umbuchen oder Late Checkout nicht möglich!
