Very nice apartment with a wonderful location to many venues
Very nice property with great amenities. To note, however, one kitchen stool is missing two leg caps which made the chair unusable as it was wobbly. Also the chairs needed the screws to be tightened on them. Also it would have been good if we got the pictures for how to check in a day before with a note advising that the check-in codes would be sent at the time of check-in.
I have utilized this property numerous times for work related travels. It's very convenient to the Downtown area and is within walking distance of most areas.
We stayed in the apartment to be close to Lucas Oil Stadium and loved the location. Also enjoyed all of the restaurants close by, and a convenient CVS on the corner. The apartment is very minimal as far as furniture and decor, but had everything we needed for 4 people. We would stay here again just to be close to a concert or game at the stadium.
Overall, there are many things to like about this condo, complex, and location. We wanted to stay in downtown Indy, and this condo has great access to the entire area. Scootering around downtown was a highlight. We also really enjoyed The restaurants located in walking distance. The condo had enough room for our family of four. The complex has 2 pools, but unfortunately one was shut down the entire weekâs stay. If you intend to do any cooking, the kitchen is a little light on pans, dishes, and cooking tools. The most challenging part our stay was the check in process. Finding the parking, the keys, the building, and accessing the unit took over an hour and required help from office. Additionally, the property management company does not respond to messages through VRBO and does not provide a phone number, but they are fairly responsive via email. If the check in procedures are improved and the communication method is more clear, the condo would be a good option for staying in downtown Indy.
The good...Property was clean.
The bad...check-in & finding the keys was a nightmare. Finding the right garage entrance was difficult. The complex is VERY loud until about 3am. At age 42, we were the oldest people by about 20 years. Definitely a party building. Parking pass didnât work so my guest & I paid $70/each for 2 nights. When I asked for a reimbursement all I got was an argument.
Overall, I appreciate the cleanliness, but if youâre over 21 Iâd recommend staying elsewhere. Iâm from a big city & have travelled a lot, but this was a huge maze of a property & finding the parking & keys to the apartment was definitely more difficult than it had to be. When I inquired about parking cost reimbursement they said there was staff there at that time. Being able to get the keys from a live person wouldâve been WAY less complicated. And knowing that I was a guest there, they shouldâve reimbursed me for parking. That was supposed to be included in the cost. $70 for 2 nights is ridiculous!
