Conveniently located attached to the airport terminal (however you have to leave the terminal and walk alongside to access the hotel) very handy for overnight stays when catching a connecting flight. Comfotable bed and room. The restaurant while food is good, the staff lied about food and brought something else and kept defending that the significantly altered food has to be fine for us. There were three things replaced as not available but noone told us or asked us when they found out in the kitchen. Only negative scar on otherwise wonderful stay. Also, we recommend to put some intructions how to use the shower taps in the rooms and how to change from tap to shower head. It is not obvious at all.

The hotel is located at a great location. But the staff is absolutely terrible. They are rude and very unprofessional. They should be trained to speak to customers in a better way. My room wasn’t even ready even though I was checking in after 4 pm. The basic amenities were missing. It felt like they didn’t even bother preparing the room. But the most disappointing experience was the rude staff. They don’t even bother listening to what you have to say. Anyone planning on booking this hotel for their stay, pls be prepared to be treated like crap.
