We booked the family room with 3 beds and fireplace. When we checked in, we were given 2 beds so I asked and they checked and told me that someone in their staff assigned us that room even though it was supposed to be 3 beds and family fireplace room. The guy checking us in apologized and offered us one extra room with two beds free of cost but we decided to just keep one room for the convenience’s sake. We asked for extra blankets and sheet so my husband could sleep on the floor. Since we booked on Expedia , they said they would try to see if they could give us some discount but it maybe hard because of the third party booking. Needless to say we didn’t get any discount but they were apologetic and gave us an option to have another room so we didn’t mind that. So customer service on that guys’s part was top notch, didn’t get his name but he was a white skinny young guy. Breakfast was grab and go but had many options which was very nice to see. Overall a dated hotel but not bad because even though old it was clean. As usual with other hotels the beds were too soft and bouncy and hard to share beds with kids because of how much movement one can feel while sleeping or trying to sleep.
Excellent location. Staff was very friendly and informative. Room and grounds were clean and well maintained. It felt like an older motel that was well taken care of. A reminder of what a good motor lodge should be.
Property is right in the middle of downtown Jackson Hole. Very convenient and walkable to everything. It is a no frills motel but very clean and safe. No real gym to speak of. They have dumbbells up to 50lbs, one treadmill, one recumbent cycle, one elliptical, and one dip station. They offer coffee and packaged cakes all day. The area is extremely expensive and over priced. This motel pricing is on par with the areas over priced environment.
Great place to stay right in the town of Jackson. Walkable to all restaurants and shopping. Staff was very accommodating. Rooms are dated and basic but very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. This was also the best priced option amongst the other inns. Very good value.
This hotel was fabulous. I love that there was a room with a king bed and two double beds perfect for a family! They are very close to the center of Jackson hole so you can walk for dinner. They are very close to Grand Teton National Park. The people working in the front desk were very helpful and gave great suggestions on where to go to dinner.
The TV was from the 1990s and limited channels but It was clean and a good place to sleep for a night and go to dinner.
The stay was great. The only issue is the room could be better insulated for sound. People arrive late and chirp their car alarm. It sounds like they are in the room with us. Also, the police sirens are loud in the rooms to. Additionally, the other customer's next door and upstairs are loud in the room. My hearing is not real great and I wear earplugs while sleeping. I would think I wouldn't hear much. But everything else was great, nice & clean room, comfortable bed.
