Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa offers 402 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature laptop-compatible safes and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Pillowtop beds feature Egyptian cotton sheets and premium bedding. 55-inch flat-screen televisions come with premium cable channels and pay-per-view films. Amazing place to spend the 4th of July. For being so busy, service was impeccable. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Overall, it’s worth every penny and I’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family vacation spot

Although very pricey, this is an excellent resort for both couples and families. There were so many fun activities for kids to do. The service was top notch. Restaurants on site were delicious, but be prepared to be hefty bills. The pool and ocean were amazing and well worth it. The grounds are beautiful and fun to explore. Turtles everywhere!

We have stayed here on multiple occasions but this time the hotel looked like it needed a little refresh especially the rooms. But it is definitely a place I would continue to visit.

Limited food options for kids, everything is overpriced, I mean everything! From ice coffee to a board rental for surfing…. rooms were not cleaned till 4-5 pm, don’t forget there is a daily resort fee , plus tax ~$50/day. No tub in bath, the rooms facing ocean are not located in the main building, 5 min plus walk in super hot weather. No shuttle for airport. About 50 min drive from airport. The phone in our room was broken/never replaced during 5 day stay caused an inconvenience. Had to call to get a microwave brought into room.

They do not tell you until you arrive that it is an outdoor resort! Completely withheld that information. Doors to your room are an exterior outside entrance. Rooms were dated and not clean. Paint was chipped, wooden dock had broken pieces. Very dangerous.

Great amenities and the overall property is fantastic. Rooms themselves are decent but the buildings are in need of updating especially room exteriors, balconies, etc. Very clearly can hear conversations of surrounding rooms. Overall the property, pools, beach, etc more than make up for the inconveniences.

I will never use Hotels.com or Expedia again. Period. The rooms you buy up and sell are the oldest, most run down rooms the hotels provide. You don't stand by your rooms, you are horrible to deal with and your customer service is rude and difficult to understand and communicate with. You have taken advantage of me for the last time. I have deleted your app and will NEVER use you again. As for Omni - it is old and run down. More like a Motel 6. The pool & beach is beautiful & common areas but the rooms are horrible. Way Overpriced. Super Buggy. 0/10 recommend this hotel. The staff are nice & were as accommodating as they could be.
