This home was absolutely the perfect family vacation place. My son got married on Sacred Mountain and this was the perfect place to gather. We loved this home!
We had a great time in this home with our kids and grandkids for a family wedding. There was plenty of space, the beds were comfy it was clean and thank goodness plenty of towels and dishes for a large group! The only negative is that parking on the street is hard if you have more than 3 vehicles.
We went to a wedding so only stayed two days. There was plenty of space for all of us but the deck needed attention so it was not pleasant to spend time on the decks. There was a table in front with umbrella which was nice but only 4 chairs. Loved the location as it was quiet and close to town.
Perfect home base for our family attending a wedding at Milagro. Exactly as described. Comfortable, clean and great for aGroup. Smooth communication with owner. Would definitely stay again
Very comfortable! Well-appointed with all you need for a Julian getaway. Clean, spacious, inviting. The dining area was great and sat 9 people comfortably. Great view and very close to downtown Julian. We could not be happier. Thanks Sandy!
We loved this property. It was really large and private with plenty of room to expand. We loved the addition 2 bedroom/master bath combo with the sliding barn door. It was the perfect place to stick the X box crew in so they could yell and scream and game to their hearts content without driving the rest of us nuts. The location was perfect, Sandy the host was very responsive. We will definitly stay here again!
Our family loved this home for our weekend stay here in Julian. Its a beautiful house with plenty of room for my 5 grandchildren. I loved the large room for the kids to sleep in and hang out in. The beds were comfortable and that alone is the most important thing for me. The kit hen was well equipped. My daughters and i cooked together and we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again.
We loved the house and the property. So much indoor and outdoor gathering space. The house was very well appointed. The beds were comfortable. Beautiful views. Trees and vegetation made for lots of privacy. A very quick drive to downtown Julian. We brought our kids and their friends, and everyone had a space of their own.
My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming home and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a seamless check-in and check-out process. The host was incredibly responsive and provided detailed information about the local area.
The property itself was clean and thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting cabin like atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the multiple comfortable beds with good quality linens.
One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning view from the balcony's, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The location was ideal, nestled in a quiet mountainous neighborhood yet conveniently close to town.
Overall, my experience exceeded all expectations. The attention to detail and the host's dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay made this Vrbo a standout choice. I will definitely be returning on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay. Thank you Sandy for your quick responses.
This is a beautiful property! My husband and I used it for the weekend of our daughter's wedding and we housed 4 other couples-- family and those who are our chosen family. It's spacious, yet cozy, and we all had a wonderful time. The only issue for some was that we couldn't get the internet to work, but it was a minor issue and felt good to be unplugged for a bit. The property owner is so easy to work with and you can tell she takes pride in her property. A word to the wise: the driveway is very steep. We would definitely stay here again!
It was a beatiful house and our stay there was very relaxing. The host was very helpful with the communication of staying there. I would definitely stay there again.
It was a very lovely home. Just a few comments.
The bedroom downstairs was very cold.
The bedrooms upstairs which is 2 bedrooms with a common bathroom there is NO division between the 2 rooms and no privacy.
Not good for 2 different families staying there. Needs a division or partian.
There were plenty of beds, the layout was odd. To get to a master bedroom and bath you have to walk thru another bedroom and what is considered the 3rd bathroom is technically accurate, but a small closet that was converted into a shower. Overall, the house is big enough, plenty of plates and such for everyone, but the pictures online are better than reality which makes for a bit of a let down in real life. There is a huge table in the kitchen that is perfect for meals and games for at least 10 - huge plus.
Our family really enjoyed this house. It was clean and had a lot of room for everyone to sleep, eat, and relax. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook as well as plenty of toiletries, towels, trash bags, etc. It is very close to town, Nickle Brewery, and a playground for kids. We went on walks around the neighborhood and saw wild turkeys, pigs, picked apples, and enjoyed the beautiful trees.
The only downside was that 2 rooms (the bunk room and double bed room) had no window coverings so the kids woke up when the sun came up or as soon as the woodpeckers started pecking the house. But overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was clean , cozy and warm with plenty of room for our group of 11. The dining room table was big enough and there was enough dinnerware. Would definitely stay here again.
Our son and his fiance were married at Milagro , a 25 min drive from this comfortable and roomy hill side country home. All the amenities we needed and more were easy to access. It was very nice to have a dining table large enough for us to gather around. Everyone had a comfy bed with additional areas to relax. Let it be known that the driveway is surprisingly steep. There are stairs from the street, also stairs from the garage into the house, stairs going to the bedrooms over the garage, and stairs to the media/bunk bed room from the living area. If stairs aren't an issue, there is no issue. You do need to pass thru the bedroom with the two queen size beds to get to the largest bedroom with large bathroom over the garage. We were staying with family, so we worked this out. This home was enjoyed and we would stay here again. Thank you to our hostess Sandy!
