"Das Hotel punktet mit einer wirklich großen Poolanlage, einem praktischen Mini Market direkt im Haus und einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf den Ozean – besonders die Sonnenuntergänge sind traumhaft.
Leider gab es aber auch einige Enttäuschungen: Die Eismaschine auf unserem Stockwerk war außer Betrieb, Kofferservice wird nicht angeboten, und trotz inkludiertem Frühstück erhielten wir immer wieder Belege, die wir reklamieren mussten. Das Personal wirkte oftmals gleichgültig, Wünsche wurden ignoriert. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet sowie das Abendessenangebot waren eher durchschnittlich und nicht besonders abwechslungsreich.
Insgesamt eine solide Unterkunft mit schöner Lage und guter Poolanlage, aber beim Service und der Gastronomie besteht definitiv Verbesserungspotenzial."
