I liked the weather station. The games were fun. We enjoyed the pool a lot. The washer and dryer machines were terrible. I wish they had microwaves in the rooms. I had to move the night stand to grab something that fell and the dust was caked on the back of the furniture and cords. The staff was friendly and helpful and didn’t hesitate to help us or give us what we asked for/needed. We stayed for 1 week and it was overall a great stay.

Front desk customer service was excellent! Polite, friendly and professional. Got us checked in quickly with great directions to room. Private beach access for hotel guests. Easy drive from the airport. Close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Expensive and old

The property requires numerous updates. While the customer service was lacking, the room itself was clean, although the furnishings are outdated. Additionally, the location is quite noisy due to its proximity to two major avenues.
